Big Final Weekend of October in College Football

The Iowa Hawkeyes (4-3, 2-1 B1G Legends) travels to Northwestern ( 6-2, 2-2 B1G Legends) for a big game coming off an ugly home loss last Saturday night at home to Penn State.  Big games in the Big Ten to close out October, with some great games:

• Ohio State @ Penn State - two teams on probation that are undefeated in Leaders play in '12.
• Michigan @ Nebraska - key game to determine who leads to race in the Legends division and spot in the Big Ten title game in '12.
• Michigan State @ Wisconsin - repeat of the '11 Big Ten title game...
• Iowa @ Northwestern - the Hawkeyes are struggling, while the Wildcats two close losses ended a change at being undefeated right now
• Purdue @ Minnesota - the winner will pick up first conference win in '12.
• Indiana @ Illinois - who remains in the cellar in the Leaders division after today?

For Iowa, the game @ Northwestern today, will be the half-way point of the Big Ten season with game 8 of the year.  The final month of November and big games, if any, in December will wrap up the regular season of the 2012 College Football season.
