To close out the game in the fourth quarter, Iowa's special teams, defense and he running of Bullock fuel Iowa's win over a NIU team that held the nation's longest winning streak.

It was a heartbreaking lost for Northern Illinois who controlled both line of scrimmages throughout much of the game.

Iowa (1-0) will head back to Iowa City for four straight at home he rest of the month of September.  Northern Illinois (0-1) will return to DeKalb for UT-Martin.
