Joe Pa and PSU win at Columbus over OSU 13-6

It's Joe Pa's first win at Columbus, since Penn State joined the Big Ten and Joe's first win in 30 years in Columbus overall. One key turnover was a major difference... when Terrelle Pryor's fumble lead to Penn State's only TD drive in the fourth quarter in Columbus.

Pat Devlin lead the Nittany Lions on that touchdown drive, after starting quarterback Daryll Clark was hit in the head and had to leave the game.

It was clearly an old fashion Big Ten slugfest. Penn State's offensive line stepped up enough in the second half, after both teams were tied 3-3 at halftime.

Penn State (9-0, 5-0 Big Ten) return home to Happy Valley for a bye week. They will travel to Iowa City to face the Iowa Hawkeyes (5-3, 2-2 Big Ten) on November 8, 2008.

Joe Paterno's final season, projected by many, could become very special, if the Nittany Lions can finish off the final Big Ten slate of at Iowa, vs. Indiana and vs. Michigan State to finish the '08 regular season.
